It Gets Better

Sodom, 1711 B.C., Mayor Savage attempts to bring order to the streets. In the background we see Outocloset Barackum lunging blindly at Lunchbuggery Joe, before Joe's statements force Barackum to come out in favor of dietary hair. America, 2012 A.D., the public schools are exposing kids to a professional degenerate and his agenda, wrapped in a so-called, anti-bullying campaign. Worse yet, professional politicians pander to destructive interest groups for the sake of personal power. The blind leading the double blind?–Dale

Thanks Ron. What a place.

We need men of God who get drunk and have sex with their daughters to save America.

Hey Joe that's not tapioca.

You've captured the liberal mind, Dale. Great one.

Anonymous, you incestophobic hump! It was their idea to get Daddy drunk and have their way with him. Those poor girls thought they were the last women on Earth. Who are you to judge them, you intolerant scab!!!

Hi Odie. Too much time spent living in the liberal mind can be dangerous. You have to know what you're doing or you might not be able to find your way back to reality.

Great one Dale. Lot and her lecherous daughters were the best God could get out of Sodom. All those children there? Little perverts had it coming! Let that be a warning to all the young sissies wanting to enlist in Savage's army. It doesn't get better; God is the ultimate bully.

I'm waiting for your painting of King Mitt Solomormon and his hundreds of women. Talk about biblical marriage.

Right on spot again Dale! Always love your work. Was listening to Glenn Beck earlier and he called for someone to send him a mock of the cover of Time magazine with Obama breast feeding an occupy wall street grunt. As soon as he said that, I thought of you!

Put up this great toon at Political Incorrectness. Thanks for the great work Dale.

Anonymous, glad you got the joke. I think Lot's daughters were worried about never having children, not fulfilling lust. As for the children you're so concerned about, instant incineration was more merciful than the fate that normally awaited the children of Sodom. Exceptionally cruel child sacrifice was popular among idolators, as it is today in your abortion mills. Do you see a pattern? God is perfectly just, down to the molecule. We all have it coming.

Because it would be unthinkable among Hebrews to sacrifice children to their god, especially Abraham.

Dale said...

Glenn, God called off the testing of Abraham and provided an appropriate sacrifice Himself. God was creating a nation through Abraham in order to bring the Savior into the world. The only Hebrew child ever sacrificed on God's command was Jesus of Nazareth, God's only son. This unimaginably merciful act is what God was including Abraham and Isaac in at Mt. Moriah. Your god never stays the hand of his slaves when they sacrifice children. Child sacrifice is a mockery of God's wonderful plan of salvation. I know you're familiar with mockery. Thanks for commenting.

Just jerked it to this picture, thanks!

I am curious Dale, do you take the Bible, especially the Old Testament literally? What about Lot offering his virgin daughters to the men of Sodom to save strangers? Does that seem like something father would literally do?

The story of Job, where the father of all lies goes and has lovely little chats with God?

What about the flood? Since history will show us that the world has never been flooded, and the logistics of the ark just don't make sense, it would seem unlikely.

My point in asking is, essentially, taking a morality tale that has no basis in literal history to make extremely offensive cartoons would be like me making cartoons based on Harry Potter to show Christians to be evil, intolerant pricks. Or I could just link to your website, since it does the job well enough.

(P.S. The security word to submit this comment is "analhot". I am curious if that is an indication of your underlying emotions.)

You sure did put an awful lot of thought into what Mr. Savage et all look like topless.

Hmmmmm. A glimpse into your wank bank perhaps.

There's a whole lot of ignorant going on here. Keep up the great work! It will ensure smart people will always have something to mock. Guess you're one of those people who believes "freedom of religion" only applies to you.

Boy, nothing makes a bully more frantic than a decent and admirable grown-up telling a victim the simple truth, "It gets better".
I'm afraid that for bullies it only gets worse. The only way it ever gets better is to outgrow the urge to bully.
But you know, there is a better life than bullying, mockery and scorn. There really is.
